How to Build Muscle Faster

Building muscle mass fast is something that is based on scientifi research. There are ways to improve quickly on the body given to us by Mother Nature, but to generate bigger muscles quickly, you must understand how the muscle building process works. Below are some tips that will show you how to build muscle better, faster, and more efficiently.

The first and most important thing you must realize is that muscle is created when the existing muscle tissue is stressed and rips. This is not like pulling a muscle out of its socket or anything, it's just a natural tear that happens when you work the muscle to any degree beyond it's current capacity. This is natures way of adjusting to your environment and your body's needs.

Once the tear occurs the body rushes in to repair the micro-damage by creating scar tissues called muscle scar tissue. It is the last few painful repetitions that do the work. The "burn" is the muscle tearing and over three sets you give the muscle a good workout. Once this happens and your muscle is at rest, the body rushes in to repair it and scar over the wound. This scar tissue is new muscle!

Realizing this process, the body doesn't simply magically create the amino acids and other components that rush in and generate that scar tissue. It gets those things from the foods you eat! This means that learning How to Build Muscle tissue is a matter of first working the arm out- no burn no earn, then feeding the body the right foods to create those building blocks.

If you work out every day on the same muscles they will not have a good chance to repair, as every time you work them the newborn scar tissue before it "sets" will rip and have to be replaced again. If you let the muscle completely repair and harden, then when you rip it again in the next workout (two days later) the first scar tissue will not be affected but new scar tissue will come thus making the muscle bigger instead of re-ripping the new tissue.

You will need to get plenty of sleep as the body does most of its repairing while you rest. The brain releases certain chemicals while you sleep and the body is much more efficient as well when your asleep.

Eat every 2-3 hours. This keeps the body stocked up with the building blocks it needs and keeps the metabolism fast so it can quickly break foods you eat down into their nutrient components. The faster your body breaks the food down the faster the repair process happens with your muscles! This also feeds the muscles with more healing amino's and more!
