Sherri Shepherd is best known for her stand up comedy. She is the co-host of the popular ABC talk show. Recently everyone saw her transformed appearance. She lost 41 pounds in just six weeks, which was only possible because of her dedication and hard work. People were amazed to she her unveiling a completely new avatar. Everybody appreciated Sherri's bathing suit look. It was definitely not easy to lose weight. It involves lots of restrictions, discipline and sincerity. She refers him as the "Evil One". Her workout sessions included cardio workouts and weight training exercises. She dropped almost 10 dress sizes and slashed 10 inches from her waist.

* Sherri's nutritionist Dr. Rovenia Brock specially designed her diet. Sherri took Fresh Diet, including Turkey, Pan-Seared Sea Scallops, Salad Nicoise and Green Salsa Quesadillas.
